Before declaring "I have nothing to wear", there are some easy steps you can take to build a functional closet, to let go what no longer represents you and to make space for a thousand new YOU!
1. TAKE EVERYTHING OUT: empty the wardrobe and go through the chaos, in this phase it’s your friend, only from chaos something new can be created!
2. YES, NO, MAYBE: keep the items that still inspire you with positive energy, and without too much nostalgia, cut the cord that binds you to things that you haven't worn for years and that don't make you feel good with yourself. Give them away to those who can give them new life! A very small space for indecision is permitted only for your forever crush pieces that you know for sure you will still carry around, sooner or later.
3. FITTING TIME: focus on the YESes, try them all to understand how to mix and match, and ask yourself what essentials your wardrobe needs to create looks that resemble you every morning!
This is the great power of clothes: they help you to understand who you are, who you want to be and how you want others to see you today, presenting the best part of YOU to the World, in all its facets!
