JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT COURT
a) Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and breach of the purchase contracts entered into "online" through the website www.alysi.it is subject to Italian jurisdiction; these general conditions refer, for all that is not expressly provided for therein, to the rules provided for by the Civil Code, as well as Legislative Decree 205/06.
b) Any dispute between the parties regarding this contract shall be settled by the Court in whose district the consumer is domiciled; for all other disputes the Court of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
