RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CLAIMS

You have 15 days to request a return and/or exchange of any item.

In order for a product to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition in which it was purchased, unused and with the original tag attached.

Logistical information regarding your return:

Returns and exchanges for orders from Italy have a fee of €8 per refund.
Returns and exchanges for orders from the rest of the EU have a fee of €12 per refund.
For returns of orders outside the EU, please contact customerservice@alysi.it

1. a) Pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree 205/06, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal and return the received product, in compliance with the terms and conditions set out below.
2. b) The consumer who, for any reason, is not satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
3. c) If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the consumer must submit the return request by accessing their Profile on www.alysi.it and following the indicated procedure. The items must be returned intact and in the same condition in which they were received, complete with original packaging, barcode tags and any other materials included in the package.
4. d) If all the conditions and obligations set out in the previous points have been fulfilled, Alysi Fashion S.r.l. will refund the sale price of the purchased item by crediting the card used for payment or the PayPal account, within 30 working days from the date the goods are received by our logistics department.
5. e) A consumer who wishes to exchange a size or color may place a new order.
6. f) Shipping and customs costs will be entirely borne by the customer.
